95 is OBD1, 00 is OBD2, HUGE difference!

About the only option you have is a Mopar PCM.

+1 to that.

Mopar Performance and http://www.bgperformancepcm.com/#magnum

Are the only true options.

Also a few other options. Here is a copy and paste from the FAQ2.

Computer Reprogrammers

There are very little for Dodge OBD1.

The best would be a Mopar performance computer. You can get them at http://www.mopar.com/performance/index.html or http://www.summitracing.com/

Jet chips has a plug in. It has been cheep quality and not worth it for most. http://www.jetchip.com/

You can get http://www.hypertech.com/Products/Po...uning%20Module (No reviews yet)

Here is one that flashes and can give you a handheld unit.

[size=4][size=4]At once this site had it listed but the site seems to be down now. http://nrar.com/

You can Also get get a multi-processor-driven signal manipulator that goes in-line between your engine and ECU.

Petersen's 4Wheel & Off-Road Magazine did an article on it.

Hey Hahns5.2 did you look into www.bgperformancepcm.com for your turbo setup?

Not really, I doubt they could make the PCM compatible with boost, Megasquirt's cheaper anyways and I don't have to send it off to have it tuned..
