Exclamation Changed IAC, Stalls Immediately

So when I got my truck it had a rough idle, after looking around on here a little bit I decided to look at the IAC, which was bad so I replaced it. Now it stalls immediately you've to keep your foot on accelerator for it to stay running. I'm thinking maybe the pin on the IAC is either keeping the intake closed off or wide open. Anyone else with a similar problem after replacing the IAC?

PS
So cool that you all have this here, use to be a huge Zelda fan.

With a good IAC, if you unplug the connector when it's running at idle it should die. If not the IAC isn't doing anything...at least not its job. Also check your MAP sensor and the vacuum lines to it.

when you swap it out, check inside the well where it goes, and poke a little screwdriver or something through the hole to make sure its open and clean.

also, don't push, pull, or twist the little pintle/plunger thingy, and don't forget the o-ring.

and also, reset the pcm after install by disconnecting neg batt cable and turning on headlights for 30 sec to drain the memory.

if a 2nd IAC doesn't help, replace TPS.

I sprayed carb cleaner in there and wiped it out, no screwdriver scrapping though lol. Didnt mess with the pintle and measured it like the directions and my manual said. And had cable unplugged but didn't do the light thing. I'll scrap it out and do the whole reset thing tomorrow just to be sure.

Installed new one this morning, doesn't die when you start it. Disconnected battery, reseted PCM, everything seemed fine. Drove it up to 40 MPH with regular engine temp to reset the idle speed like the instructions called for, stopped by McDonald's for a coke and it died at the 1st and 2nd window. I had stopped before here and didn't act up or anything. Any ideas on that one? MAP sensor?

Edit: Also have code 25** Idle air control motor circuit short or open condition detected and 32** EGR Solenoid circuit short or open condition detected
