if you go with an ebay set look for the ones that are xentec's as they are high quality and usually have the best warranty. id suggest a 6/8/ or 10k kit for the best visibilty/looks
If you are in a climate that sees a lot of snow or fog stick with a lower kelvin kit 5000k would be the highest I would personally go. The slightly yellow light of the 4300k would be preferable in snow/fog as it won't reflect back as much as a white or blue light.
well I haven't ordered from them, but my Truck customs place had the same prices as this sight... its $80 for just low beams or high beams... if you want the bixenon bulb you pay $160

That's the other thing I was wondering; are the bulbs on that website high and low or just high? Anyway perhaps HID's aren't as expensive as I thought they were. I would totally splurge for a pair at that price, but I want to make sure they work properly.
I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for when i was buying KC's for my truck.... Btw the bixenon bulbs on that site are both high and low beams... for $160
