02 sensor. Bad fuel pressure regulator. Sticking fuel injector. Start with checking for any codes.

You could also have leaking fuel injector(s). Look to see if any are leaking, On older cars the O rings can go bad but it's just a case of replacing them. You might want to check your fuel pressure which I think crazy said, to make sure it's within spec. If it's too high that can also blow out O rings, fix by replacing the regulator. It would be a good idea to manually clean the injectors of carbon deposits if you can.

Oh and you can pick up some b-12 chemtool and run it through the gas tank, it helps to improve compression and sometimes makes a huge difference.

There's a few ways you can do this, the easiest way would be just to run some b-12 chemtool through your tank and see if it fixes your problem. or you can take them out and scrub them with a brush and b-12 or carb cleaner. A far better way would be to buy a fuel injector cleaner, which is a tool that uses compressed air to force a cleaner through the fuel rail and through the injectors. They are a professional tool, so usually $100 or more but you can find them cheap sometimes.

You can make your own fuel injector cleaner tool there's videos on youtube and tutorials on google i'm sure. Or you can just take them in for ultrasonic cleaning.
