Default cylinder misfire

I have a single cab v6 5speed manual 96 dakota. I keep geting a misfire on cylinder 3, now its 3 and 5 but usually just 3. I have replaced the distributer, cap and rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, injectors and the cam sensor, i have also cleaned all the grounds. i am running out of ideas, need to pass emissions soon. Can anyone shed some light on this dark and infuriating problem?

It is possibly the power splice to the injectors. They share the same positive input.
Also I will move this to the 1st Generation Dakota sub-forum.
