The rear is stiff, but I love it! It's a truck not a Cadillac. No sway from the rear, the front has some but not much.

I have the Dakota stock Top leaf and the 3 lower leafs are the Ram 2500. 4 leafs with the overload spring below.

The offset wheels will not wear things out as much as lifts/larger tires do. I would just use them since you got them.
