Default Pitman arm size of bolt

Recently picked up a 1995 Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4.Needs a new pitman arm,was wondering what size nut that holds it on. 1 5/16" ? 33mm ? Thanks for any info. Also both sides outer cv axles boots are ripped. Can just the boots be replaced or is it better to just replace the cv axles assemblies ?

I use a 33mm. Same as the CV axles. I believe others say it is 32mm.

I think I used a 1 1/4" on mine but I'm not positive.

it's not 1 1/4" for sure, just got a wrench from advance and it's a hair small, going back to get the 32 or 33 mm socket. 1 1/4" wrench is the biggest they had

1 5/16" is the definite size of the bolt.. and have fun taking that thing off.

i used 1and 1\4 to tighten mine to make sure it was tight (75ftlbs); after removing the nut with a 33mm socket to replace the pitman arm, the socket i think is still on the nut. can anyone say brain cramp!
stick to the 33mm.
as for as the axles go replace the boots, axles are expensive and once you have done the boots your an expert. it's a lot easer than it seems. somewhere on this forum i have the shortcut version. i replaced each boot about 4 times, you learn!
P.S. thanks for the next weather bomb South Carolina. i only got a 2x4.
