Default 93 Dakota 4X4 auto torsion bar adjust

I've got a 93 4X4, and i was gonna adjust the torsion bars to let the front end down bout an inch. (the previous owner has the front end higher than the back) I surely dont have to re-align the front end just turnin the adjustment bolt a couple of times do I?
Also, when I turn the wheels and move forward or back at low speeds, I hear a light grinding/clicking noise. Did I hear right on previous thread that that's pretty common, or is that the cv shaft? Thanks for any help.

It depends on the truck. Some may not need it some might. They are all adjusted differently. It is best to take to an aliment shop to have it check and adjusted if needed.

As for the sound it may be anything. I would say take a look and see what is touching. In 4wd it is normal for binding but in 2wd no it is not normal.
