Question what to fix? code 34

I have a 1996 dodge dakota 4x4 5.2L V8. My check engine light comes on all the time when i first start driving it. I read with an obd II scanner and it just says multiple cylinder misfire.... i just cycled the key and the code comes up 34. I dont know what to change or where its located.

i guess. the scanner says so. cant really feel or hear it though. I replaced the plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor, cam sensor, crank sensor. I just wondered what was the solution to code 34.

Code 34: An open or shorted condition detected in the speed control vaccum or vent solenoid circuits. *
or
MUX speed control switch below rated volts.

Not sure if this applies directly to our trucks? I found this from Dakota Trouble Codes... so it should be related?

speed control vacuum is your cruise control. Do you have any lights on your dash?

Not sure what MUX is or stands for?
