wont fire

Default wont fire

Hey y'all im back with a new truck I bought a 68 ford f750 for $300 I got it to crank and supply fuel and replaced seals in the carb but it wont fire now but when I had the fuel disconected it started with starting fluid and ran until it ran out so im at a loss now

Try starting fluid again. Maybe the carb is clogged.

x2. Assumably you have allready checks the points/condensor, rotor, wires, and coil. How long did it sit? Perhaps the carb is in need of a rebuild.

I have rebuilt the carb already it sat for 15 years and fuel is new with new lines as well

I like the truck, but I will say that low fuel pressure or low spark is probably your issue. There is a viral program running (ie spyware,malware)at the site where you stored pics of it.
