Hi I am new to this site and have to say I am thoroughly enjoying the site. The Fax page is by far the best write up I have ever seen on these trucks. My questoin is I have been searching for new or used torsion bars for a v8 the torsion bars I have now are starting to bend and are worn out, so does any one know of a company that sells torsion bars? I have been scouering the web but have come up empty.

As for new torsion bars best bet will be your local dealer or an OEM site like www.dodgeparts.com, but they will be very expensive. Your best bet is to go to a local junkyard or www.craigslist.org

Where do you live at?

 

I live in woodbury about 10 minnutes from the WI border along 94. I called around to the local dodge dealers and they are $300 some a pice but are discontinued. I was hoping for after market bars but when the weather warms up il head out to the junk yard and get some.

 

I know a guy in Logan Utah that has a chassis that he is parting out. All that is missing is the drive train and the front bumper I believe. If you want me to contact send pm.
