There is quite a bit of LSD and Lockers for the Chry 8.25. Which is most likely what you have. Here is a good site. http://www.ringpinion.com/PartCats.a...D=2&DiffID=102

There is LSD to ARB to Powertrax.

I have the Powertrax No-Slip. I love it, I won't ever go back to Open, or even to LSD (I think they are Junk.)

For Ice most people say LSD are best due to it not slipping both tires only one. Some say lockers on Ice will make you fish tail ect. I hardly every get snow or Icy conditions to put it to the test.

For mud a Locker is best get true 50/50 power to the wheels.

The Cherokees do. Some 80's Ram trucks did.

Most XJs got D35s (which are junk). Libertys will have 29 spline 8.25s, our trucks are 27 spline.

A LSD and locker will behave the same in snow and ice, off-road the locker is far superior.
