Engine shakes
To start, 1995 Dodge Dakota, 2wd, 5.2l
At idle the engine skates, at 45-50mph it gets a lot worse as well as at 65-70. It appeared that the driver's side motor mount was broke and I just replaced it a few hours ago. I bolted everything back up and started it. Still shakes. If you rev the engine in neutral the engine appears to lift fromt he driver's side. What else could be the problem?

It is normal for the engine to shake at idle, and to physically lift during acceleration. The lift is caused by the resistance to the reciprocating mass being spun up. If it is excessive then your mount bushings are too soft, or not locked with the washers. I am impressed (read: discouraged) that you took your engine to that speed with a bad engine mount.
I'll recheck the driver's side mount tomorrow and make sure things are locked up good. Would you recommend changing the passenger's side as well. Also could a transmission mount be of a little cause as well because that mount seem pretty worn as well. I guess after 183k miles I'd be worn out too haha Well when I first discovered something was wrong (it always had a little shake and got worse quick, I guess it just broke) I was on the interstate at the time. I wasn't aware that it was broken at that time.

I think the mounts are less than 10 bucks each at rockauto. The tranny mount could contribute a bit depending on the "aggressiveness" of acceleration. If it is soft, replace it as it is only 5 bolts and a jack. Of note is the driver side mount has an accessory (extra) mount arm. Hopefully yours is still on.
Also, if I take OD off the shaking at 45 reduces significantly, but it's still there. Another thing is that right before about 40 the only way to increase speed to get out of the vibrations is to really slam the pedal. The throttle response is terrible and the truck almost chugs along. I was thinking O2 sensor since I was doing work by it, or a vacuum leak. Would either of these cause such violent idle and ride?
