help with down shift problems

Default help with down shift problems

i have a 89 dakota 3.9 v6 4x4 it shifts up fine but to down shift lets say from 3 to 2nd i have to slow all the way down to about 20 mph and from 2nd to 1st i pretty much have to slow down to at least to 4or 5 mph is that normal

mines a 5spd will it still b the same i 4got to mention that lol

Sounds like you have too heavy oil in the transmission. I hate the AX15 transmission!
