the rounded front end, entire clip, can be put on your 1990....

tell us more about your truck....which engine and tranny?

If v6 or v8, the 92 and 93 exhaust manifolds, Y pipe, and maybe entire exhaust system would be a good addition for performance.

Yes tons of parts will work up to 96. Some will some won't. It depends exactly what. Body parts yes. Motor stuff not without more modifications.

the front clips from 87 to 96 are interchangeable....all they did to make more room for the v8 is extend the front end a bit.

Your 5 lug bolt pattern is 4.5", but the center hole is larger than most. Jeep wheels will be a direct fit as Mopar and Jeep share the same center hole size. Back space of most modern wheels is too deep to use. Earlier wheels, like those from Diplomat cop cars, have 4.25" backspace, and will widen your track a little. I put some 16x7 wheels with 4.5" backspace on my 89 and they moved the wheels out about an inch making a little more room for wider tires.

Bumper yes.

Headlights maybe, it depends on if you have the old style or the newer. The 96 will have the newer style.

If you do have the old style you will need to swap over the new hood, grill, headlight assembly, radiator support.

Here is the old.

Here is the new.
