Default Leaf kit

I want to install this 2" Leaf Kit on my 1993 dodge dakota:

What do I use to raise the front up so its about even with the back?
Thanks for the help!

2WD OR 4WD?

2wd use coil spring spacers. 4wd crank up your stock torsion bars. Check the FAQ2 in this section for TONS of lift Ideas/tips. Just a few posts above this one.

FAQ will have everything you need to know. But to answer: you can crank the torsion bars or get torsion keys to get a little more lift than just cranking the bars or a leveling kit or to get way more in depth something like a Solid Axle Swap.

I believe you can get them at almost any auto parts store. I only go to Advance Auto Parts (best service..prices..enviroment..etc around here) and I know they have them. Of course thats not saying all stores carry the same stuff but yeah either way your local store..whatever it is should have some.

www.summitracing.com has them. Also like stated the FAQ2 has the link for them.

Another question.
My leaf spring is on the bottom of my axle. Couldn't I just put the leaf spring on the top of the axle and then the truck would be already raised the height of the axle?

To do that you would have to weld a pad on top of the axle for the springs to sit on. There needs to be a way to keep the axle from twisting.

Alright, Thanks.
So the easiest way is just to get the 2" Leaf Kit and install the 1" Coil Spring Spacers in the front? My truck would then sit like its downhill correct?

Default Leaf Kit Width

My Leaf springs on my 93' dodge dakota are 2.5 inches in width. I can't find a Leak kit that are 2.5" in width. All of them are 2.25"! Any ideas on where i can get the right one?
