Default What driveshafts can I use?

I have an 87 dakota 3.9 4x2 automatic long bed and need a new front drive shaft.

Which vehicles can I pull the front driveshaft off of that will be compatible with my truck.

For direct bolt maybe 88-91 may work. 92-96 may but different engine/transmissions but who knows. Go to a junk yard and measure. Or get a custom one. $260 at my local shop.

4x2, not 4x4....
long bed gives it a 2 piece driveshaft, and he means front half of rear shaft...
