Lightbulb 87 Dakota TopEnd Rebuild.. YAY :/

I actually jus got a really good deal on this truck from a friend and I've always been a MOPAR MAN so im super excited to do this build. O'rileys has heads with the valves and rockers an all for 297 ea. (2) = 594+tax right.. well if i decided to go with the rebuild kit and get good valves thats around 25(16)=400 plus the machine shop price of 50 to 100 ea. so ill just get the new heads and come about the same price... now i kno the valves on the old heads are bent on the first cly. so my question that I have is does anyone kno what the FACTORY SPECS are for TORQING the bolts properly are? I cant find a factory service manual online for free and i wont pay for one(cuz ima a broke hard working 23yr old) so could someone PLZ help me out cuz i need to get to work on this truck ASAP!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!! And i look forward to any other tips you may leave me about this awesome first gen truck thats acutally my birth year dream truck =D/ I WILL POST PICS SOON!!!

Thanks for your help i tore down the engine and took the heads to my Local Morpar Magic Mechanic lol he laughed at the kid i bought the truck from cuz we had the same idea.... which is mopars dont bend valves... so i figured the blown headgaskets and since the 4th and 6th pins on the distrubitor were swapped thats prolly why the carb was hiccuping gas back out the engine lol.. im back up to the intake manifold and hoping that i can remember which holes get which bolts (aint that what she said?) (nvr resist that lol) but ima post up some right now and i got a small vid i might link thru youtube.
