Clutch Slave Cylinder / Clutch Line Assembly
Hey everyone,
The slave cylinder on my '89 Dakota is shot and I need to get a new one. I've heard you have to buy the the whole hydraulic clutch line assembly because it's pre-bled, but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells the whole assembly! Is it possible to just replace the slave cylinder and bleed it somehow? Anyone have a whole used assembly they could sell me?
Any info appreciated. Thanks!
Also, sorry for the double post. I posted it in the wrong section on accident.

not understanding exactly what your saying. i had a 90 Comanche and rebuilt the master clutch cylinder but i bled it through the slave cylinder
ohh just read the manual, not looking good.
i had 3 Suzuki mechanics tell me in 1987 you can't put sj410 gears and front disc brakes in an LJ80 with 4.50 gears and drum brakes. not only that the differential on the LJ80 is in the center and the 410 is on the drivers side.
I DID IT. point to the story no matter how the company's screw you, there's guys like myself, bad, crazy that will figure it out.
ok (boys are going to be over me for this one). any chance you can drill a very small hole in the slave cylinder (1/8) should be able to get a self tapping bleeder screw in it. i can't see the picture too well.
and buy the way guys i changed a complete rear axle of the LJ80 (off the leafs) brakes included in 6 hours!
