ok someone support me on this. what does anyone think of a dakota with chevy 3/4 axles, 350 turbo trans and a 6.2 diesel maybe turboed.....

yes its a chevy and its going in a dodge. But come on. a dakota with a big 6.2 diesel and 3/4 axles...

i have most the parts to do the swap. ooooooo and run 37 X12.50 r 16.5 miltary tires.... off a h 1 hummer.

let me know what your thinking......


i mean drivin up to a truck show in something like that. hell yea or to the mud pits...

What's your budget? I think it is worth looking into, but if you got the skills and patience go for it. You definately need to go get some welding rods and steel stock.

well buget is 1500-2000... yea welding would suck but i have my dad and hes great at it......


but i may just ran a sbc. if i can't get a deisel

if they are more popular than and cheaper to get a hold of, it would be worth trying. a diesel would be b/a though. especially a turbo diesel.

That would be sick. If you got the time, money and space for it all then go for it. Keep us posted. It will take A LONG TIME.

yea it would take very long. I was just thinking i have all the stuff but i am going to get my truck running a driving then start something like that.

Just so i know i like this truck before doing something like that...

started working on my build again.. will update soon.

I'm not going to collage so i was told i can use that money to start my co.. LLC LANDSCAPING>>>>> i'm going to need a strong truck to work.............. right .....

Part of my swap is a chevy 3/4 ton 14 bolt rear axle and 37x1250x16.5 military tires. Let me say that the 14 bolt really looks good under one of these trucks.

Why not swap a 24v cummins? I mean if you have the $, why not?
Thats what I'd love to do to mine.

no i don't have the money i said i think that i think it would take 1500 -2000... **** i'm not going to do the swap. i was was thinking of it.....
