When I was changing my setup out, I had problems lining up the three mounts. I had to raise the tranny to get the engine mounts to set correctly, then I had to pump the tranny up to install the crossmember. It would shift side to side (the tranny) until I set the crossmember.
the 4x4's have a different setup that the 2wds do. the motor mounts to the frame and axle on the drivers side and to the frame on the passenger side.

if it is completely off the frame the best bet would be to inspect the frame for the factory weld and see if the mount has moved at all.

Shadow is correct 4wd has different mounts. I would post up pics but I'm out of town. The manual in the FAQ has tons of pictures of them.
