Default '93 magnum 3.9, hard start, and fluctuating idle

Ok, so I went out to start my truck yesterday, and it didn't want to start right away, and when it did start the idle was really high. Then i drove it and i could tell something is wrong. usually when I come to a stop the idle will drop down to normal idle speed, but it wouldn't do that yesterday. So I went back home and re-set the computer by disconnecting the neg. battery cable and turning the key on for 20 or 30 sec. I started it up, and it ran like normal. But after awhile it went back to being weird. There is a slight stutter or hesitation to the idle, and then it would race when the truck was stopped. Not real high, but it doesn't normally do that. Then today it was even harder to get started, and the idle seemed even worse than yesterday.

Within the last month I've replaced the o2 sensor, throttle position sensor, idle air control sensor, pcv valve, crankcase breather, battery, air cleaner, and spark plugs. It does have a performance chip, and I've tried to take it out to determine if that's the problem, but it's stuck to the plug, and need a hand getting it out, so I will be doing that soon.

I'm thinking it could be the pcm or the map sensor, but im not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Do you have the Jet Chip? Those are junk as you can tell. It may be your problem, mine burned up my connector and did damage to it.

The IAC is a common problem for high and low idle and stalling at idle. Even new tons are bad. If you got your receipt still take it back get a new one.

Another possibility is a vacuum leak, check all hoses gaskets ect.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, it's the jet performance chip :/ It did help with horsepower, and mpg, but if it's known to be crap, then I'll remove it. I do have the receipt on the IAC. It was from OReiley's, and they said I can't return it, but maybe they'll exchange it. I'll check these things out when I get off work and report back thanks again

Edit.. I was just thinking, and the IAC couldn't cause the truck to be hard to start would it?

Edit 2... Ok, so while I was at work, my buddy came by and we tried to get the performance chip off but still couldn't get it. I unhooked the battery of course. When I got off work I started the truck and it started like nothing was wrong. Ran fine all the way home. Started it again when I got home and it started fine! WTH? It would seem that it's computer related right? If the computer is re-set and it's running fine. Another weird thing... the volt meter has never worked (since I bought the truck), but today it has worked on and off. It wasn't working just now when I drove home and there was no trouble with the truck. I'm confused at this point lol

Edit 3 lol... Still running like normal, hasn't skipped a beat. I'm guessing it'll be a hard start in the morning though, but I'm hoping for the best. Just wish I knew what was going on....

Default cooling fan runs constantly

Well my dak is still running like nothing happened. I did find the screws holding the IAC were a little loose. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.

Now a new problem though lol. I noticed that my cooling fan is running all the time. Now it makes sense why my truck takes so long to warm up! Any ideas? Coolant temp sensor? Relay? I think it's been like that, and I've never noticed it.
