For '89 to'91 Dodge.. What is the throttle body size difference for the V6's vs. the big V8'??? The V6 throttle body has is 1.45" throttle plate openings.What size throttle plate openings does the 360 (5.9L) V-8 have???

Just need to know the opening size!! thanks!!

 

I'm assuming since no one posted no one knows. You don't have to make a new post, I had to delete the other post since it was a double post. Try doing a "Bump" to your thread if you need to after a day if no reply.

Check you local junkyard if they have a 91 V8. Also the Dakota only came with the 5.2. If you want to know for 5.9 my guess ask in 1st Gen Ram section. The TBI 5.9 ran in 1992-1992 in Rams.

You may be able to bore out your throttle body. Contact your local automotive machine shop maybe they can do it. If not TONS of them on www.ebay.com can do it. Also www.thefastman.com
