On a '92 Dak with 5.2 and no cat, thinking of running duals from the muffler back. Is this possible?

Well I went to Cole Muffler today to get a quote. I don't plan on getting it done there was just interested in a price. He said probably about 350-450 for them to do true duals and put my old manifolds back on. I pretty much decided to go with thrush turbos and the magnaflow hi-flows. I figured if I wanted a little more oomph I can get glasspack tipa. Anyone know of any good places for nice stainless slash tips? I have the 5.2l so what should I avoid so I don't get that raspy noise?

VERY VERY VERY easy and possible, dobaroy...Either a single in, dual out muffler or a y pipe off the muffler.

But matt, the thrush turbos are crap for flow. Ive read about it a lot and even seen them bloat and blow holes in the muffler and just leak like crazy on a V6 Blazer and seen one actually blow off a 4 cylinder Sunfire. Go for the Welded or just go all Magnaflow imo.

Picked up the Dak from the muffler shop yesterday. Turbo muffler has single in, dual out, with 3" chrome tips coming straight out the back. Sound is awesome.

A friend of ours builds mufflers and this was his idea of a Turbo. Sure like the sound of it.
