Default 93 dakota, Backfire from intake

I put sea foam throught the tank to cleen all the carbon out. put new tank of gas in and started having problems. I have backfiring from the intake, slugish starts, and loss of power when getting on the gas also while driving at constant speed. I have changed fuel filter problem got better, new plugs wires and coil and still have the problem. Talking to my friends, they say its a fuel system problem or possible valves. I need help!
