Default Looking for a door

I need a 95 Dakota SLT passenger side door, there's a junk yard here that has one for $175 but they don't know the color, wondering if anyone knows where to buy it online with no paint.

I found this, but way too expensive:

A: Where are you located? Your profile does not show a location.

B: Are you looking for a door, or a door skin?

C: Why is the color important, if your looking for a primered door?

A) Roanoke, VA

B) Door, I have a door but the hindge part inside is all cracked and it doesn't align and it's hard to open

C) Paint won't be until I get more cash, and I don't want a gay looking door for the time being. Primed door would be cheaper and faster (maybe)

If the hinge is your only problem, and it is rust free at the hinge crack you can fix it easy and cheep.

The hinge problem is common, due a thick hinge but welded to a thin door frame. Best thing to do is bend it back into place and get it welded. Most autoshops or even muffler shops can weld it for you. $50 or so. Why easier than replacing the door. You don't even have to remove the door.

I'm pretty sure the door will have to be removed to fix, if it's even fixable.

The problem isn't the hinge/part connecting to the truck, it's the whole thing on the door itself. It's all cracked up like real bad.

I will take a picture of it tomorrow in daylight.

I brought it to a bodyshop the other day, they don't really do welding but they said I'd most likely have to replace the door. I'll try to find a place that welds and see what they say.

i used the old angle iron from a bed frame. worked great. took about 45 mins to weld it in and paint it. as long as you can tack it into to place (to hold the right place till you get the angle iron in) you should be able to save it. it would have to be really really really bad before it's just a lost cause.

My drivers door was like that, here's what I did

Remove the door
Hammer everything back in place
Put a few tack welds to hold it
Drilled 3 holes one in the hinge center and one at the top and bottom of the hinge
Welded nuts to a piece if flat stock and placed it inside the door
Bolted it using 3/8" bolts, then finished welding up the cracks.

It's been that way for almost 4 years with no more cracking.

that's not bad at all.
just tack it up and weld in some flat stock or angle iron to reinforce it.
myne was much worse when i bought my truck a year ago. just make your welds quik and concentrated so as not to burn your paint on the outside of the door.
someone on here did that sais that they have nice brown spot where it burned and didn't blister.
