need a little help, does anyone know

does anyone know if they make replacement cab mounts. the secound one back. the mount that mounts both the frame and cab together.

Dealer should unless it is discontinued, just like a lot of other parts. Call up your local Dodge Dealer parts stores. Also try www.rockauto.com or www.dodgeparts.com

If not junkyard may be your best option.

Energy Suspension makes a kit for the 2wd trucks that will work on the 4wd with a little fudging. I've had them on my truck for a few years now.
