Glad you got it fixed and thanks for the heads up on the battery terminal removal. I have to agree on the older non-computer vehicles.

Pinout #32 bk/pk wire is the check engine light driver I do believe mine had a loose connection there.

Uh, this is a 14 year old thread........ I would like to think he figured this one out some time ago. Please pay attention to dates.....
