recently i've discovered that inside the cab, i can hearing kind of a hissing sound when i turn the wheel to a certain point or even just in general, it's not rediculously loud but you can defenitely notice it. you can't hear anything outside like the gear box grinding or anything like that. almost sounds like there's a compression line in there that opens up when i turn. any ideas?

 

Maybe just bearings in the steering column.
