Have a 92 Dakota 6cyl 2wd shaking violently going into second gear.So bad I cant drive it and limped it back home.Changed out both u joints while I had the drive shaft out but still no change.Could this be something with the tranny or rear end???

Gears in rear end are gone.... Gonna hunt the junk yards and find another..Thank you to all who gave me things to check for...This site is and the people on it are amazing.........
