Im not sure if its the pump or not but in general area..., I can rotate to left and no noise but at any point when I go to turn wheel right it clicks right away once... Just noticed this today, with the truck sitting still, got any ideas?

 

Sounds like it might be just fine. There is a valve that applies the power steering to assist after the wheel gets turned. That is what you might be feeling/ hearing.
