Anti-lock Break light
I Have a 92 Dodge Dakota Pickup and i just had to replace the ignition coil and now after leting the truck run for about a 45 seconds the Anti-lock break light comes on along with the Parking Break light and so naturaly i pull the break latch and i realize that i hardly set the parking break and i dont know why the 2 lights are coming on along with the fact that i dont have ABS on my Dakota

In the past, a common reason for both of those lights going on (yes, BOTH at the same time) is a problem with the rear wheel ABS speed sensor. This part is located in the top of the rear axle housing (pumpkin).
But, there are other reasons the light can come on. See link.

if your tail lights are going out you should check your tail light bulbs. sounds dumb but after checking everything that could be causing a short circuit on my truck i found that it was being cause by a faulty light bulb. Every time i would press the brake pedal the fuse would blow causing the brake and abs lights to come on(dashboard) and the tail lights to shut off. i hope that helps you out.
