missing bolts

Default missing bolts

HI this pic (hope it works) is on a 94 dakota 5.2i 4wd is there supposed to be bolts in there maybe a dumb question i have a vibration at highway speed could these missing bolts cause it any idea what size i need looks like one is bigger than the other ..thats a pic of the front diff Thanks Name:  DSCF2272.jpg

well paint me green and call me a pickle...lol i suppose there should be bolts there, i know i wouldn't want one bolt holding my front axle up on one side...(ill take a look at mine tomorrow)

Yeah, you can see it's worn where there's been a bolt.

Yup its missing a bolt, just one on the front hole.

That bracket is a real SOB to get in. I have had it in and out a few times. The bolt is probably not there because the past owner or whoever worked on it could not get the bolt in.

Loosen ALL the bolts on that bracket and get every bolt started before tightening any of them at all. The missing bolt is the same bolt as the one on the right on the photo.
