Default Dipstick Tube O ring

I took the mounting bolt out and tried pulling the dipstick tube up but it wont come out. The tube turns left and right but will not come out, anyone else run into this?

Ya it just pulls out. But it is a tight fit.

Yeah it came out, it was loose to begin with but I just wiggled and pulled and it finally came free. For anyone looking for the o ring itself just go to the stealership, its about 4 bucks.

I got the o ring in today and went to put the tube back in, and it's not going very far in, I've checked the hole it goes in and it's clear. Did you take your tube out with the transmission still on or off?

Transmission was still on. Try oiling the o-ring. Try using a file to remove any burs from the tube. Make sure it is completely round.
