Broke CV Joint help ASAP

I broke the outer part of my front driver side cv joint, question is, can I still drive it? I need the truck for atleast one more day. ASAP ANYONE.

If it is only ripped open, then go for it but you will have a mess to clean up.
If it has somehow managed to actually fall apart, I definitely would not drive it as it would be flopping around hitting everything.

You can pull the outer joint apart and use the stub to hold the hub together.
