GTXpress, thanks for the Hancock Fabrics tip. My wife buys fabric from them and I'll check it out.

Thanks.

I just used a soft car brush. Go slow and it can be a bit messy. The finished product on mine is still going strong and it sounds nice and quiet.

I'm thinking of going this route.

http://www.wlsheadliners.com/94-to-p...liner-kit.html

Link is for a standard cab (mine is an SLT extended.)

You can ship your visors to them, they redo them and ship back with the matching kit.

edit: I've heard the 3M adhesive is best.

Thanks for the info. This looks great, especially the visors!

well im thinking about snagging alot of 2nd gen parts for my headliner so that might be a quick fix for you.

If you come across some nice visors, please drop me a pm. I assume 2nd gen will fit 1st gen? Thanks!

it probably wont, you might have to drill new wholes and put some metal to metal screws in there so they hold

My liner was hanging down, and pulled out the liner cardboard and all, pulled the liner off and used a stiff brush to remove the old glue, not very well I might add. I then used headliner glue. I glued and replaced the old material on there. Looks like ***, but the headliner is not falling down anymore, and looks better than it did. That was months ago and it is not falling. My point... use headliner glue.
