Default Dakota frame

I am wondering what it is going to take to swap the 4x4 goodies from a reg cab shorty V8 dakota 4x4 . to a Reg cab shorty V8 Dakota 4x2. And If the newer dakota are the same style of frame.

I did a 4wd frame swap on my Dakota. Here is the link. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...x2-to-4x4.html
But I was going from a 93 to a 94. I'm assuming your truck is a 91 V8 as in your name and what is the year of the 4wd frame?

There were several electrical upgrades 92-up. If you have the complete truck swapping everything around will take time but should be easy.
