A few ways.
Check under the hood for a sticker, I believe one states it.
Get a build sheet from Dodge, check the FAQ for the link.
Check under the hood on the drivers inner fender just behind the relay box. If you have the ABS front control modual and valve then you have All Wheel ABS (AWABS). If you don't have it then you just have Rear Wheel ABS (RWABS).
