Default Break warning light

I have a 1994 Dakota 4x4 3.9L After I drive it for awhile the break warning light on the dash comes on. The breaks seem to be working fine. And the fluid is full so no leaks. I think its just being a Dummy light. Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening?
Thx.

First thing I would suggest is to make sure the parking brake switch isn't sticking. Next I would say to bleed all 4 brakes there is a switch that will trip on the light if there is difference in braking pressure in between the front and rear brakes.
