The link that was posted in the other thread you replied on has a listing. http://www.drivetrain.com/parts_cata...rts/dodge.html

It sure sounds like the shifter needs adjusting. Look below at the adjusting bolt.

if the shifter moves freely but tcase aint shifting you probly lost the little bolt that attaches it to the linkage. get under there and look while somebody moves the shifter

did the bolt fall out or is loose ? if tcase is already in 4hi you just put the shifter in 4hi and tighten the linkage bolt. i would get the manual from FAQ section and check it out

you have to do some investigating on your own. the linkage can be put on upside down, causes it to stick in 4hi. maybe someone got the lickage upside down. unhook the linkage at the tcase and verify the shifter moves freely. you can also manually shift the tcase after you unhook the linkage from it. open end wrench fits perfect on it. just a matter of process of elimination to find the problem. could be something internal but check everything else first

The hose is a vent hose not a vacuum hose. Pre 93 they did have vacuum hoses coming off of the transfercase up to the front diff for the CAD. But yours being a 95 and assuming someone didn't swap in an earlier year front axle or transfercase in it.

If you loosen the bolt you should be able to move the shifter all the way up and down. Then adjust it as you need.

The service manual in the FAQ describes it in more detail.
