Default body lift installed, now issues putting in park

So i just got my 2" body lift installed, it all went smooth welded in the extension and all that good stuff.

Now my question is this. Is there anyway to adjust the gear shift lever... After i installed it all, it seems to go into every gear just fine.... but when i put it in park, i have to force the lever up further to fully turn my key off, and remove the key.

I noticed at the bottom of the lever which i had to weld the extension to, there is a bolt threaded into it at the bottom. I loosened that bolt, and tried to sdjust but couldnt get it to budge...any ideas, tips, tricks. Its not something major, just kinda a PITA if ya know what i mean.

thanks in advance.

Yes that is the correct bolt to adjust. I think you have to put it in transmission into neutral and then put the loosen the bolt and place the shifter into neutral then tighten it down. Adjust as needed to get it just right.
