k&n replacement housing kit question

Default k&n replacement housing kit question

i was thinking of getting that k&n filter kit that replaces the stock housing. my only concern is what to do with the pcv breather? just put one of those mini air filter on it or what?

If it is the kit for the Magnum engines then it will have a spot for the breather to attach to.

For the name brand K&N here is the kit.

That is the kit I got. I also bought the open filter lid. This one.

There are universal kits that will work, but most bases are to short to clear the brackets on the intake and may need modification.

I'd say its the same. The kit uses the stock air tube and the filter housing looks stock just with a K&N sticker on the lid lol and of course their filter. Perhaps the housing and filter are ****** than stock but I don't know for sure...
