Default stumbling, shuddering and misfiring

I have a 1990 Dakota SE 3.9 that has been shuddering and shaking the last couple of weeks. It had a tune-up last summer, has had the EGR replace (albeit missing a washer) several fuel treatments, and I seafoamed it yesterday. The ignition coil has been replaced as well along with fuel regulator & pcv valve. I suspect the fuel injectors are fouling out. Does anyone have any ideas? It does alright above 65 mph but other than that it's like trying to bearhug Michael J. Fox (yeah i know. bad joke ).

My guess bad fuel injector or wiring.
