Try autozone they can order the bypass pulley for my 95 5.2

I checked around for the bypass pulley with no luck. What you may have to do is remove the ac compressor and use a string to measure the pulleys without the ac compressor and buy a belt that size and route the belt the way it shows for the setup without the ac system. Hope this helps and sorry i couldn't come up with a part number for you.
