Can i run new fluid via the return tranny cooling line and dump the old fliud out via the output tranny cooling line? if so which side (driver or passenger) is the return fluid line? also will this cycle the fluid out of the torque conveter?

Yes and no, that is the way professional shops do it, with a machine that takes in old and pushes out clean used or new oil. Now to do it without the proper machine is impossible to match the output of the fuild. The best way is to drop the pan, replace the filter and fluid, refill then drive it for a bit then do it again that will give you the best fluid cleaning you can.
