It was actually high. I will fix level today I bought a new trans filter, should I just change it while I'm at it. I heard trans filter changes on high mileage vehicles isn't always good to do. Thanks

If you never changed the filter, then it is good to do it. You will need new fluid to refill it.

Didn't change anything. There were metal shavings in the pan. If I'm rolling slowly and I put it where neutral and reverse should it all locks up. I don't know what to even check outside of the trans.
