Both my 92 4x2 and 92 4x4 have holley TBIs similar to what you have pictured on them. I believe they are stock, but maybe someone else will correct me.

It is stock and you have the TBI (Throttle Body Injection) where the fuel injectors are in top of the TB as where MPI (Multi Port Injection) have a fuel injector in each intake runner.
TBI was used on the older LA engines and MPI was used on the newer ('92 up) Magnum engines.

The picture above is a stock Holley Throttle Body with injectors TBI (Throttle Body Injection). Not a carburetor like mentioned.
The 92-03 V6 and V8's have a stock Holley Throttle Body. Not a carburetor like mentioned.

I to had been wondering that. When i bought my truck the guy talked like that was a performance throttle body lol. Guess cause it said Holley. Anyways i didn't think it was a performance part and done a little research with no definite answer but now i know.
