Default Shaky/ sluggish start

So I've had this problem a couple of times in the past and it's happened a lot more more recently.

Some days when I start up the truck to go somewhere it will be really really shaky and really sluggish. The past two days I went to leave and started it up and it'd shake and shut off when I'd put it in drive or reverse. I got it going after a few attempts and managed to make it home. It seemed to act okay after I pushed on the peddle to the floor. Acted like there was no problem.

Checked all fluids and everything's good no leaks except the tiny oil leak it has and it's full on gas.

Any ideas on what the problem is?

It could be the idle air control valve. Next time you start it try letting it sit and idle for about 10 minutes and then try it. In my truck if i just start it and take off then it acts like it has a choke on and idles at 2000 rpm while going down the road in gear. It could be several things but i would try that first.

Ya it could be a bad IAC if the problem is at idle or low RPM's. Since you said once you press on the pedal it goes away, maybe check you fuel pressure at start up and the rough times.

Check the PCV valve hose. Take it off and make sure it isn't cracked. A cracked PCV valve hose = vacuum leak. Not sure if that would cause the stalling, but it will cause rough idle.
