Default 95 Dakota 2wd/318 Running Rough

The wife was driving the dakota, and it pretty much lost power on her. Looking under the truck, I have a wire that is dangling underneath that isn't plugged into anything, and I can't for the life of me find the other end of the plug. it seems emissions related, it starts, but when I give it gas it begins to miss and try to stall out. it idles OK, but any throttle at all makes it want to stall.

It is in the same harness that is underneath by the transmission and plugs into the secoond 02 sensor. The plug is a 2 wire plug that breaks out of the harness , and there isn't a ton of play so the other end has to be somewhere close, i just cant find it. all of the sensors in the area are already plugged in, and i don't see any wires anywhere that had been dragging or broken off or anything.

I'll try and get pics up so you guys can get a better idea of what I'm talking about, but if anyone has any ideas off the top of their head I would greatly appreciate it.

If your not 100% sure that is what your problem is start by checking the more common things (plugs, plugwires, pcv valve, coil, distrubtor cap, rotor, etc) If all thats good check o make sure your sensors are ok. The test procedures can be found in the service manuals in the FAQS section.

The plug may be for the speed sensor, I can't think of anything that might be a 2 wire plug. Maybe the EGR valve.
