Default Squeeking noises.

So, I have a few noises I think that are driving me nuts. ALL are the same sound, but I think its from a few things. Its a high pitched squeak like wheel bearings. First there is the rotational squeak that sounds like its coming from the left rear that comes and goes, but when its there it gets quicker as wheel speed increases, then theres the noise as I let the clutch up occasionally, which is the same pitch, from the clutch area, and then theres the exhaust squeaking from time to time as it pleases, which may also be my "clutch noise". Any ideas on whats what with this? I know without seeing/hearing it its hard to diagnose, but anyone have any thoughts, experience, ect?
Thanks.

If you think it's a rotational squeak in rear, I would take wheel off & spin the drum. Check rear differential fluid. Do you have Zerk fittings in your U-Joints? You could jack up truck place on jack stands & rotate drive shaft trying to hear it directly. It's possible it could be a pinion, axle shaft or differential bearings.

I pumped them full of grease today, no word on squeaks yet. Gonna give it some time as it does come and go. Also, does the front driveshaft have a cv? Its like a double universal in a coupler. Also, there are no fittings on the front universals/cvs.
